Description
66kV long rod insulator is of a ball and socket design in accordance with IEC 60120, it equips with “R” or “W” type split which is made of stainless steel. Its locking mechanism can ensure there is no risk of the insulator falling off under any circumstances and allow the insulators to be removed and replaced more easily.

Application
Long rod insulators are widely used in transmission lines, substations, power equipment and other fields. In transmission lines, composite rod-shaped suspension insulators can be used in power towers, cable suspension wires and other locations to support wires and insulate. In substations and power equipment, composite rod suspension insulators can be used on equipment such as isolation switches, circuit breakers, and cable terminals to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
