Description

Pin porcelain insulator is a component used to support or suspend conductors and form electrical insulation between the tower and the conductors. The porcelain parts and cast steel of pin type ordinary ceramic insulators are glued together with cement adhesive, and the surface of the porcelain parts is coated with a layer of glaze to improve the insulation performance of the insulator.

 

Product Feature

  1. High temperature performance: Ceramic insulators can still maintain good insulation performance in high temperature environments.
  2. Corrosion resistance: Ceramic insulators have strong resistance to acid, alkali and salt spray corrosion, and can maintain stable performance in harsh environments.
  3. Anti-pollution flashover performance: The surface of ceramic insulators is smooth, not easy to accumulate dust and dirt, and has good self-cleaning ability and anti-pollution flashover effect.
  4. Earthquake-proof performance: Ceramic insulators have strong mechanical strength and earthquake resistance, which can ensure the safe operation of power equipment during natural disasters such as earthquakes.
  5. Wear resistance: Ceramic insulators have high surface hardness and good wear resistance, and can resist the impact of physical environments such as sand and droplets.

 

Packing

To protect the product during land, air, or sea transport, all insulators will be packed in weatherproof containers. Several different grades of packaging are available depending on the mode of transport and expected storage conditions. Special packaging arrangements are available upon user request.
