Description
Suspension type porcelain insulators (hereinafter referred to as insulators) are used for insulating and fixing wires in high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines. Generally, insulator components are assembled into insulator strings for use on lines with different voltage levels.

Packing
To protect the product during land, air, or sea transport, all insulators will be packed in weatherproof containers. Several different grades of packaging are available depending on the mode of transport and expected storage conditions. Special packaging arrangements are available upon user request.

Application
Porcelain insulators are commonly used in high-voltage transmission lines in power systems. In the power system, transmission lines are important channels for transmitting electrical energy generated by power plants to user terminals. Since transmission lines often face the test of various harsh environments, such as strong winds, high temperatures, acid rain, etc., the requirements for insulators are relatively high. Porcelain insulators have high mechanical strength and heat resistance, which can effectively resist erosion and damage from the external environment, maintain good insulation status of lines, and ensure safe transmission of electric energy.
